About the Old Tram Depot:
The building was opened in 1873 by the North Metropolitan Tramways Company, as a horse drawn tram depot  which provided a good service to Londoners during Victorian times from 1873 to 1902 helping them with their commute from and to the inner city and west end. Over time the tram depot has become a national treasure: the site still contains all of its prehistoric characteristics such as:
• Granite sets in the yard
• tramlines running through the ground floor of the central tram shed building
• cast iron colonnades
• stable flooring on the first floor where the horses were originally housed

Recently the Tram depot has been a great opportunity for ambitious creative individuals to seize the chance of establishing themselves and meeting others who have similar or beneficial interests as themselves. In the recent past the tram depot produced many different businesses which include individual artists, clothing factory, foam factories, music studios, photography studios and film studios.
